JESS is a 501 (c)(3) non for profit supported employment agency our mission is to offer opportunities toward employment for persons with developmental disabilities through job training, placement, and ongoing support. JESS is the oldest supported employment service provider in Missouri, serving both St. Louis city and county. JESS serves over 350+ clients on an annual basis. As well as being a Supported Employment Agency, we also have a Supported Living Program, and a Youth Outreach Program. JESS is also the lead agency of 8 other collaborating agencies for the Summer Work Experience Program for St. Louis County youth. Every year SWEP serves 130+ students. We provide a 8 week summer work program for youth at no expense to the employers.
